Hey! I’m Kayla, founder of Dogs Decoded! I started this company because I was once the owner who felt stuck, frustrated, and overwhelmed, unsure of what to do with a rescue dog who turned out to be dog reactive AND aggressive toward men. It came out of no where after having him for 2 months and it was a lot to take on, so I know firsthand how daunting that can feel. As I worked through training, I didn’t just see progress, I fell in love with the process. That experience led me to continue learning and develop a simpler, more practical approach to training. Over the past five years, I’ve worked with over 1,000 dogs across a wide range of breeds, temperaments, and behavior challenges. Because of that, I’m confident in my ability to guide you and your dog through real, lasting change—no matter where you’re starting.
